Planting Early

Hello Church,

Wonderful day of great things coming our way. We planted early and now we are enjoying the fresh vegetables-corn, tomatoes, beans, potatoes and a variety of other veggies. It’s also pea planting time! Because of “dark nights in June”, we are expecting peas for Labor Day.

Sounds a lot like our church. We plant and harvest and plant and harvest as God gives the increase. Let us never stop planting.

Last Sunday was a wonderful day, even with so many absent. There was great singing and how about that preacher? So many have told me to please get him back. We shall, one day.

What a wonderful year we have had so far and we live with GREAT EXPECTATIONS of what is to come! May God Bless you.

See us Sunday,

Pastor Bob

  • Veteran’s Day
“Also, I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” Isaiah 6:8 When I was younger, I never paid attention to Veteran’s Day. It was just another day, but as I have gotten older, especially in the last …

  • We Are Blessed
We pray that you have had a great week and are anticipating a wonderful time on Sunday. I’m reminded of that chorus we sometimes sing: “I am blessed. I am blessed. Everyday that I live I am blessed. When I wake up in the morning till I lay my head to rest. I am blessed. …
  • Down, But Not Out
Hello Church Folks, Wonderful day, even if I am in a brace. As some of you know, I took a tumble down the steps of the porch last Friday night and I tore my quadricep on my right leg. By the time you read this, I will be out of surgery, recovery and home resting. …
